Start 2024 off right by relaxing your mind.  Come meditate with us at the Shambhala Center (646 Brookline Avenue, Brookline, MA  02445) on Sunday, January 14, during the Center's Nyinthün, which occurs between 9 a.m. and noon on Sundays. You may arrive as early as you would like, but let's plan to meet up at about 11 a.m. Then, let's have brunch at noon at Punch Bowl (located in the Hilton Garden Inn) right across the street!
