Urbanization has been a driving force for economic and social change in China and Asia for decades. However, demographic change, policy shifts, climate change, and the pandemic have all impacted the future of cities in this region. The Columbia Alumni Association of Singapore is hosting Professor Weiping Wu (Professor of Urban Planning, and Director of the Urban Planning programs at Columbia GSAPP) for a discussion on how cities will cope with new challenges. This event is supported by the China Society.
