Hello, and welcome to the Columbia Alumni Association! Before you check out the rest of the site, here's a handy get-started guide with five easy ways you can get involved.
1. LEARN
The CAA is your global network connecting you with 350,000 of your fellow alumni across all Columbia Schools.
As an alum, you get:
- Dozens of exclusive and diverse benefits, like deals on theater tickets, insurance, car rentals, tech, and lodging
- Hundreds of in-person and digital events worldwide -- from happy hours and baseball outings to professor lectures, film festival gatherings, and online networking hours
- An open invitation to join more than 100 Regional Clubs and Shared Interest Groups
- Chances to learn for life, through library borrowing privileges and free online videos, webinars, and courses
2. RECEIVE UPDATES
Update your contact info in the Online Alumni Community to ensure you receive the latest CAA updates, including the monthly e-newsletters, which are packed with Columbia news and upcoming events
In addition to being able to update your profile, the Community is the only verified space to connect with fellow Columbia alumni across Schools, degrees, graduation years, regions, interests, and more.
3. GET SOCIAL
Get daily updates across your social networks, including alumni profiles and the University in the news.
4. VOLUNTEER
VolunteerColumbia is one-stop shop to post and find volunteer opportunities through the University. Whether you're looking at a one-time project or ongoing opportunities, you can find an opportunity to use your passion and skills to help others alongside the Columbia community.
5. BE AN AMBASSADOR
As a Columbia social media ambassador, you can share the stories that matter most to you and reflect what you value most about your University -- and learn something along the way.
