New Year's Message from Michelle and Mary

Dear fellow alumni:

As we welcome 2022 and hope for a brighter year ahead, we invite you to join us on a new Columbia Alumni adventure and discover novel ways to connect with your Columbia community.

Columbia Alumni Association (CAA) spans seventeen schools, four University campuses, over 100 domestic and international clubs, nine global centers and is 375,000 persons strong.

In 2021, Columbia’s amazing alumni continued to adapt to our virtual and hybrid world, connecting with Columbia and each other across the globe by:  

• Planning and implementing over 440 events in 27 countries through our Global Clubs and Shared Interest Groups.
• Sharing expertise and advising students and new graduates through the CU there! program and Columbia Way online events for the class of 2021.
• Welcoming 2021 graduates with a special video for the virtual Commencement and a new arrangement of Tom Kitt’s '96CC “Oh, Columbia” by Notes and Keys.
• Participating in the first Across Columbia, a series of virtual events open to all alumni, co-sponsored by the CAA and Columbia’s individual schools, and showcasing the knowledge and connections across our community. 

We hope that you’ll find new ways to converse, collaborate, and celebrate with your Columbia community in 2022!

Log in to the Online Alumni Community to update your alumni profile, and don’t forget to follow your school’s alumni association to keep up on the latest events and programs for 2022.
